Last Updated: April 28, 2026

This Privacy Notice for California Residents supplements the information contained in PNO Technologies, Inc.'s ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") general Privacy Policy and applies solely to visitors, users, and others who reside in the State of California ("consumers" or "you").

B2B Service Provider Status: PNO Technologies, Inc. primarily operates as a "Service Provider" under the CCPA/CPRA. In this capacity, we process personal information on behalf of our business clients (the "Business") pursuant to written contracts. If you are an employee, contractor, or agent of one of our clients using the Bridge software, your primary point of contact for exercising CCPA rights is the employer or entity that provided you access to the platform.

2. Service Provider Obligations

As a Service Provider, PNO Technologies, Inc. agrees to:

  • Process personal information only for the specific business purposes defined in our client agreements.
  • Not "sell" or "share" (for cross-context behavioral advertising) any personal information collected.
  • Not retain, use, or disclose personal information outside of the direct business relationship between PNO Technologies and the client.
  • Not combine personal information received from a client with personal information received from other sources, except as permitted by the CCPA.

3. Right to Limit Use and Disclosure of Sensitive Personal Information

Pursuant to the CPRA, consumers have the right to limit the use of their Sensitive Personal Information (SPI). However, as a B2B Service Provider, PNO Technologies only uses SPI (such as login credentials) for purposes necessary to perform the services requested (i.e., maintaining and servicing accounts, providing customer service, and verifying user identity).

Because our use of SPI is limited to these exempt "Business Purposes," the "Right to Limit" may not trigger a requirement to provide a "Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information" link, provided that the data is not used to infer characteristics about the consumer.

4. Exercising Your Rights

If you are a California resident whose data we process as a Service Provider, please direct your requests for access, deletion, or correction to the Business (your employer or our client) who collected your data. We will assist our clients in responding to such requests as required by our contractual obligations.
