Privacy Policy
Effective Date: April 30, 2026
Last Updated: September 30, 2026
PNO Technologies, Inc., doing business as Bridge ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy and security of the data entrusted to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information through our software platform, Bridge (the "Platform"), our website, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
For our California-based customers, we adhere to the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). This policy also outlines our role as a Service Provider for our Enterprise Customers.
1. Information We Collect
We collect "Personal Information," which is information that identifies, relates to, describes, or is reasonably capable of being associated with a particular consumer or household.
A. Information You Provide Directly
- Account and Profile Information: When you register for Bridge, we collect your name, professional email address, phone number, job title, and facility affiliation.
- Professional Credentials: We may collect licensing numbers, certifications, and other data necessary to verify your authority to use the Platform.
- Communications: If you contact our support team or engage with our sales representatives, we collect the content of those communications and any attachments.
- Financial Data: For billing purposes, we collect payment card information and billing addresses. All payment processing is handled by PCI-compliant third-party processors.
- Pet Owner Contact Information: When a pet cremation business that uses Bridge (a "cremation provider"), or a veterinary hospital working with it, takes in a pet, it provides us with the pet owner's name, email address, and mobile phone number. We use the mobile phone number to send the text messages described in Section 2, and only after the pet owner has agreed to receive them. We also use the number to find and match the pet owner's record, and to show it to the cremation provider's staff who handle the pet.
B. Information Collected via Technology
- Log Data: Our servers automatically record information created by your use of the Platform, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, the referring web page, pages visited, and search terms.
- Cookies and Tracking: We use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to remember your preferences, provide secure authentication, and analyze Platform performance.
- Device Information: We collect information about the device you use to access Bridge, including hardware model and unique device identifiers.
2. SMS and Text Messaging Communications
PNO Technologies, Inc., doing business as Bridge, sends text messages (SMS) to pet owners on behalf of the cremation provider caring for their pet. These are transactional service messages about that pet: a confirmation that you have subscribed, a secure link to follow your pet's status, and, when the cremation provider needs them, a secure link to provide your pet's details and choose their care. We never send marketing or promotional text messages.
How You Opt In: You receive text messages only after you agree to them. Before your mobile number is enrolled, staff at the cremation provider, or at a veterinary hospital working with it, read you a disclosure and record your answer. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier's plan and rates.
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one message confirming that you are unsubscribed, and no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at support@bridgepet.ai.
Carrier Disclaimer: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Enterprise Customer Data & Service Provider Status
Bridge is primarily a business-to-business (B2B) platform. When an organization (an "Enterprise Customer") uses Bridge to manage their business, they upload data regarding their own clients, inventory, and operations ("Enterprise Data").
Role Disclosure: With respect to Enterprise Data, PNO Technologies, Inc. acts as a Service Provider. Our Enterprise Customers act as the Business. We process Enterprise Data solely to provide the Services in accordance with the Master Service Agreement (MSA) and do not use such data for our own independent purposes.
4. Detailed Use of Information
We use the information we collect for the following business and commercial purposes:
- Platform Provisioning: To create and maintain your account, provide access to Bridge features, and ensure the platform is optimized for your hardware.
- Transactional Communications: To send invoices, confirmation of service, and updates regarding Platform availability.
- Customer Support: To investigate and resolve technical issues or user errors.
- Security and Fraud Prevention: To detect, prevent, and respond to security incidents, intellectual property infringement, or unauthorized use of the Platform.
- Legal and Regulatory Compliance: To satisfy our obligations under applicable laws, including tax reporting and responding to valid law enforcement requests.
5. Disclosure and Sharing of Personal Information
PNO Technologies, Inc. does not "sell" your personal information for monetary consideration. We share information in the following limited circumstances:
- Third-Party Service Providers: We share data with vendors who perform specialized services on our behalf, including cloud hosting (e.g., AWS), analytics, SMS/messaging delivery, and payment processing. These vendors are contractually prohibited from using your data for any other purpose.
- Enterprise Admin Visibility: If your account was provisioned by an employer, they have the right to access and manage your account activity.
- Integrated Applications: If you choose to link Bridge with third-party software (e.g., accounting tools), we will share data to facilitate that integration at your direction.
- Corporate Events: In the event of a merger, reorganization, or sale of PNO Technologies, Inc., your information may be transferred as part of the business assets.
