Terms of Service
Effective Date: August 10, 2026
Last Updated: September 30, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Bridge, the software platform operated by PNO Technologies, Inc., doing business as Bridge ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), together with our website and related services (collectively, the "Services").
Please read these Terms carefully. They form a binding agreement between you and PNO Technologies, Inc., doing business as Bridge. Our collection and use of information is described separately in our Privacy Policy, available at https://bridgepet.ai/privacy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
1. Acceptance of These Terms
By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization, and "you" refers to both you and that organization.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Services.
Relationship to Other Agreements: If your organization has executed a separate written agreement with PNO Technologies, Inc. — such as a Master Service Agreement ("MSA") — that agreement controls to the extent it conflicts with these Terms. These Terms apply to all other access to and use of the Services.
2. Description of the Services
Bridge is a business-to-business software platform for pet cremation providers. Subject to how each provider configures it, the Platform allows a cremation business (an "Enterprise Customer") to:
- Record and track the pets in its care through its own configured workflow stations, from intake through the return of ashes and keepsakes.
- Maintain records for its clients (pet owners), the veterinary hospitals it works with, and its own employees and drivers.
- Configure its services, products, pricing, fees, and scheduling.
- Create orders and invoices and collect payment.
- Give pet owners a link to a portal where they can follow status, select keepsakes, schedule pickup, and pay.
We may add, modify, or discontinue features from time to time. We will not materially reduce the core functionality available to a paying Enterprise Customer during a paid term without notice.
3. Eligibility and Account Registration
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. Bridge is a professional tool intended for business use and is not directed at children.
When you register, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- All activity that occurs under your account.
- Notifying us promptly at support@bridgepet.ai if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
An Enterprise Customer is responsible for the accounts it provisions for its employees, contractors, and other authorized users ("Authorized Users"), and for those users' compliance with these Terms.
4. Customer Data and Privacy
"Customer Data" means the data an Enterprise Customer or its Authorized Users submit to the Platform, including records about pets, clients, hospitals, employees, orders, and payments.
As between the parties, the Enterprise Customer owns its Customer Data. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, and display Customer Data solely to provide, secure, support, and improve the Services, and as otherwise described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for having the rights and consents necessary to submit Customer Data to the Platform — including any personal information about your own clients — and for using the Services in compliance with applicable law.
Role Disclosure: With respect to Customer Data, PNO Technologies, Inc. acts as a Service Provider and the Enterprise Customer acts as the Business, as those terms are used in our Privacy Policy and our CCPA Privacy Notice.
5. Fees, Billing, and Payment Processing
Subscription and Usage Fees: Fees for the Services are set out in your order form, subscription plan, or MSA. Unless stated otherwise, fees are quoted in U.S. dollars, are billed in advance, and are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing.
Taxes: Fees are exclusive of sales, use, and similar taxes. You are responsible for those taxes, other than taxes on our net income.
Late Payment: If an invoice is past due, we may suspend access to the Services after giving reasonable notice.
Payment Processing: Card and bank payments made through the Services — including payments made by pet owners through the portal — are handled by PCI-compliant third-party payment processors, currently Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers. Your use of payment functionality is also subject to the payment processor's own terms, and the processor may require identity or business verification before funds can be disbursed.
Payments Between Enterprise Customers and Their Clients: Where the Services are used to collect payment from an Enterprise Customer's own clients or hospital accounts, the underlying transaction is between the Enterprise Customer and its client. PNO Technologies, Inc. is not a party to that transaction and is not responsible for the goods or services provided, for pricing, for refunds, or for any dispute between an Enterprise Customer and its client.
6. Mobile Message (SMS) Program Terms
This section describes the Bridge mobile message program. It applies to text messages sent through the Services, including messages a pet owner receives about a pet in a cremation provider's care.
Program Description: The Bridge mobile message program, operated by PNO Technologies, Inc., doing business as Bridge, sends transactional service messages to pet owners on behalf of the cremation provider caring for their pet. Messages are about that specific pet: a confirmation that you have subscribed, a secure link to the pet owner portal for following your pet's status and selecting keepsakes, and, when the cremation provider needs them, a secure link to provide your pet's details and choose their care.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. We never send marketing or promotional text messages.
Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier's plan and rates. We do not charge a separate fee for these messages.
How You Opt In: Consent to receive text messages is obtained verbally at the time of intake. Before a mobile number is enrolled, staff at the cremation provider, or at a veterinary hospital working with it, read a disclosure aloud that identifies Bridge as the sender and the cremation provider it sends for, describes the messages you will receive, states the message frequency, states that message and data rates may apply, explains how to get help and how to stop messages, and directs you to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. Your number is enrolled only if you agree, and that consent is recorded together with the date, the person who obtained it, the version of the disclosure read, and, when there is one, the pet or order it relates to. You then receive a text message confirming your enrollment. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Getting Help and Opting Out: Reply "HELP" to any message for assistance, or contact us at support@bridgepet.ai. Reply "STOP" to any message to opt out — you will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages from the program. You may also ask the cremation provider handling your pet to remove your number.
Carrier Disclaimer: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier and your device and is not guaranteed.
Privacy: Mobile phone numbers and text-messaging consent are handled as described in our Privacy Policy, available at https://bridgepet.ai/privacy and linked in the footer of this page. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to, and not to permit any Authorized User or other person to:
- Use the Services in violation of applicable law or regulation, including laws governing the handling of animal remains, consumer protection, text messaging and telemarketing, and privacy.
- Upload or transmit malware, or otherwise interfere with or disrupt the integrity, security, or performance of the Services.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, to another organization's data, or to any related system or network.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services, or attempt to derive source code, except to the extent that restriction is prohibited by law.
- Resell, sublicense, or make the Services available to a third party as a standalone service bureau offering, except as expressly permitted in a written agreement with us.
- Use the Services to send unsolicited commercial messages, or to send text messages to anyone who has not consented to receive them or who has opted out.
- Use automated means to scrape or extract data from the Services beyond your own Customer Data, or to place unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
- Upload content that infringes another party's intellectual property or privacy rights.
We may investigate suspected violations, and we may suspend access where we reasonably believe doing so is necessary to protect the Services, our other customers, or third parties.
8. Intellectual Property
The Services — including the Bridge software, its user interfaces and documentation, and the Bridge name and logos — are owned by PNO Technologies, Inc. and are protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Services for your internal business purposes during your subscription term.
We reserve all rights not expressly granted. You may not remove or obscure any proprietary notice in the Services.
Feedback: If you send us suggestions or feedback about the Services, we may use them without restriction or obligation to you. Feedback is provided voluntarily and is not confidential.
9. Third-Party Services
The Services rely on and integrate with third-party providers, including payment processing, authentication, cloud hosting, email delivery, and SMS delivery. Your use of those integrations may be subject to the third party's own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party services, and their availability is outside our control.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, PNO Technologies, Inc. disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that data will never be lost or corrupted. The Services are a record-keeping and workflow tool. They do not replace your own professional judgment, operational controls, or legal and regulatory obligations regarding the handling, identification, and disposition of animal remains.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, or lost or corrupted data, even if advised of the possibility of those damages.
- Each party's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will not exceed the total fees paid or payable by you to PNO Technologies, Inc. for the Services during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These limitations do not apply to your payment obligations, to either party's indemnification obligations under Section 12, or to liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud, gross negligence, or willful misconduct.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.
12. Indemnification
By You: You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PNO Technologies, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of (a) your Customer Data, (b) your use of the Services in violation of these Terms or applicable law, or (c) a dispute between you and your own client, customer, or hospital partner.
By Us: We will defend, indemnify, and hold you harmless from third-party claims alleging that the Services, as provided by us and used in accordance with these Terms, infringe that third party's United States intellectual property rights, and we will pay damages finally awarded or amounts we agree to in settlement. This obligation does not apply to claims arising from Customer Data, from modifications not made by us, or from use of the Services in combination with items we did not supply.
Process: The party seeking indemnification must promptly notify the other party of the claim, give the indemnifying party control of the defense and settlement (provided that no settlement imposing liability or an admission on the indemnified party is made without its consent), and provide reasonable cooperation.
13. Term, Suspension, and Termination
These Terms apply for as long as you access or use the Services.
Termination by You: You may stop using the Services and close your account at any time. If you have a paid subscription, termination takes effect in accordance with your order form or MSA.
Suspension or Termination by Us: We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms and, where the breach can be cured, do not cure it within thirty (30) days of written notice; if we are required to do so by law; or immediately where continued access presents a security risk or a risk of harm to others.
Effect of Termination: On termination, your right to access the Services ends. For thirty (30) days after termination, we will make Customer Data available for export on written request, after which we may delete it in the ordinary course, subject to any retention required by law (see the data retention section of our Privacy Policy). Provisions that by their nature should survive — including Sections 8, 10, 11, 12, and 14, and any accrued payment obligations — survive termination.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services, and each party consents to personal jurisdiction and venue there.
Informal Resolution First: Before filing a claim, the parties agree to try in good faith to resolve the dispute informally by contacting support@bridgepet.ai and allowing thirty (30) days for the parties to discuss the matter.
The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to these Terms.
15. General Terms
- Changes to These Terms: We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via the Platform or by email at least 30 days prior to the change taking effect. Continued use of the Services after the effective date of a change constitutes acceptance of it.
- Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any executed MSA or order form, are the entire agreement between the parties regarding the Services.
- Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent, except to a successor in connection with a merger or a sale of substantially all of your assets. We may assign these Terms to an affiliate or successor.
- Severability and Waiver: If a provision is found unenforceable, the rest of these Terms remain in effect. A party's failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
- Force Majeure: Neither party is liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
- Independent Contractors: The parties are independent contractors. These Terms do not create a partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship.
- Notices: We may provide notices to you through the Platform or by email to the address on your account. Notices to us should be sent to support@bridgepet.ai.
